Cafe in Seoul with Aesthetic and Delicious Menu

Sharing is Caring

Show off your vacation to Seoul with Instagramable cafe food.

Seoul has many of the best cafes in South Korea, besides having cute interiors and Instagramable food and drinks. These stylish cafes in Seoul are scattered from the Myeongdong area to Itaewon. The concept also varies, from ordinary cafes to bistros.

  1. C. Through Cafe

C. Through Cafe

If you are interested in latte art, C. Through Cafe will be your favorite place. Lee Kang Bin, who is the owner and barista at this cafe, will create your drink with a latte art called Cream Art.

Using coffee brewed in the Dutch Coffee technique as a canvas and decorated with a soft sweet cream, Lee drew latte art directly with his hands. From simple colored flower trees to Van Gogh’s elaborate and famous painting of Starry Night, this coffee drink by Lee is a shame to drink!

You can even order drinks with a special design, but you have to make a reservation in advance via Instagram because making this custom drink is only done once a day.

C. Through Cafe also offers a variety of other unusual drinks, one of the most popular being Scotchino. Served to the side of the ceramic mug, this coffee-based drink is mixed with butterscotch candy. It is then sprinkled with cocoa powder and coffee grounds, which makes for a very fragrant and sweet drink with a hint of coffee’s bitterness.

  1. Old Ferry Donut

If you claim to be a donut lover, you must include Old Ferry Donut as one of the must-visit places in Seoul! Only a 5-minute walk from Hangangjin Station, this sailor-style cafe in Seoul with wooden accents specializes in donuts, from classic toppings to large, filled donuts.

The donuts from Old Ferry Donuts are light and very soft, not hard or too dense for texture. One must-try is the Raspberry Donut. This raspberry jam-filled donut and topped with frozen raspberry cream will make you really enjoy the raspberries in it! Moreover, there are raspberry pieces that have been softened, which adds to this donut’s delicacy. Other best-selling donut variants at Old Ferry are Matcha, Coconut, and Tiramisu.

This cafe in Seoul also has a special dish called Tube Latte, which is a mini-sized donut decorated with pink frosting and floating in a glass filled with a latte. The funny thing is, you might feel familiar with the shape and color of this mini donut because Homer Simpson’s favorite strawberry donut inspired it! To enjoy it, you can grab a donut using a spoon and enjoy, before tasting the latte underneath.

  1. Egg Drop

Egg Drop Cafe

For you egg yolk lovers, Egg Drop is a cafe in Seoul that you must visit! This cafe provides a variety of Korean street toast, which is a classic egg-sandwich variant with a Korean twist.

Btw, if you are a Korean drama lover, you might be familiar with the name Egg Drop. Yup, this is a cafe in Seoul that is the favorite dining spot for father-son Lee Ik-jun and U-Ju! The sandwich in Egg Drop is even U-Ju’s favorite because she has repeatedly asked Ik-jun for more.

  1. Arari Ovene

Arari Ovene

You will probably see a long line in front of Arari Ovene almost every day. This cafe in Seoul is indeed popular with various pastries and other very artsy foods, thanks to the cafe owner who diligently documents all of his baking creations on his personal website.
